Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Modifying or Updating Your Promotional Product Order

Yes, if your order hasn’t gone into production yet, we can update quantities, artwork, or delivery details. Just contact your account manager with your order number and the requested changes.

We’ll confirm what’s possible and flag any potential costs or delays. Once approved, your revised order will proceed to production as normal.
